For clients arriving over 15 minutes late, you may have to be rescheduled in order to respect the schedule of other guests. All  appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance and can be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance at no charge.  The total service fee will be invoiced if the appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours.
